The Art Without Boundaries Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other related disorders by providing MnemeTherapy™

MnemeTherapy™is a creative process for autistic children and Alzheimer's patients. It employs singing, movement, painting, story-telling and praise. In addition to creating amazing paintings, some clients experience improvements such as increase in verbal skills; better mobility; increased spatial acuity and a more positive outlook.

I'm Noell Hammer, the founder and Executive Director of AWBF. I was formerly an ED of a small Alzheimer's Association chapter. Because our chapter was taken over by a larger chapter and my program "Making Memories" dropped, I was able start using the process as a private practice and eventually called it Art Without Boundaries and the process MnemeTherapy™ from the Greek goddess, Mneme [NEMMA] who is the mother of the Muse and goddess of Memory.

My dream is to share this gift with compassionate artists who want to use their talent to make a difference in the lives of others.
